CA Ashok Kumar Mahabala Shetty (Proprietor)

Mr. A. M. Shetty, B.Com., F.C.A. , is one of the most senior practicing Chartered Accountant in Navi Mumbai, with a distinguished professional legacy spanning over 38 years. He commands deep expertise in Accounting, Direct and Indirect Taxation--including Income Tax, erstwhile M-VAT, and as well as in the Statutory Audit of Companies and a broad range of other entities.

He served with distinction as the "Chairman of the Navi Mumbai Branch of the Western India Regional Council (WIRC) of the ICAI" for the year 2009–10. A recognized thought leader and seasoned orator, Mr. Shetty is a regular speaker at various WIRC study circles, where his authoritative insights are highly valued by the professional fraternity.

In acknowledgment of his subject-matter expertise, he was nominated as a "Co-opted Member of the Indirect Tax Committee of the ICAI for the year 2014–15", contributing meaningfully to the Institute's efforts in policy advocacy and capacity building in the area of indirect taxation.

Mr. Shetty is also formally qualified in "Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)", certified by ICAI, equipping him to navigate and mediate complex legal and financial disputes with a structured and balanced approach.

As a dedicated academician and mentor, he serves as a "faculty member for the Management and Communication Skills (MCS)" and "Orientation Course (OC)" programs for aspiring Chartered Accountants, playing an instrumental role in professional development.

Over the years, he has had the honor of addressing Chartered Accountant members across "all five Regional Councils of ICAI" on a diverse range of subjects including "Direct and Indirect Taxation", "Wealth Creation", and "Strategic Wealth Management", earning acclaim for his depth of knowledge and articulate delivery.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Shetty is deeply committed to social responsibility. He actively supports "Sankalp", a grassroots NGO dedicated to promoting education among rural students in Maharashtra.

Mr. Shetty is also a "Partner at AMSK & Associates", where he continues to drive excellence and provide strategic leadership across the firm’s multifaceted practice areas.

CA. Priya Sarode (Associate)

CA. Priya Sarode has an extensive experience of over 9 years, She is involved in the routine GST audits, consulting and advisory in GST and holds an expertise in research on the GST and its interpretations within the regulatory framework.

Priya has expertise in Appeals and litigations in the GST.

She is also involved in Taxation, and consultancy towards Income Tax matters of Individuals, Professionals, partnerships and private limited companies. She plays a key role in implementing and improving the existing processes which enables the firm to improve the quality of its deliverables.
